God has prepared a brilliant future for our youth: a hope-filled, promising season (Jeremiah 29:11). We believe this generation was not born by accident but for this moment and its challenges. Our heart is to help them see their unique role in God’s plan and, by building on the foundation of Christ, learn to live unshakable lives.
A STRONG FOUNDATION IN CHRIST
We want Impact Youth to know that a solid foundation in Jesus will carry them through everything they face. By nurturing a deep, personal relationship with their heavenly Father, our young people become rooted in faith and love. This relationship forms their identity and empowers them to walk confidently in their God-given destiny.
ACTIVITIES
NURSERY
a loving, safe environment for our youngest children.
YA NIGHT
monthy, dedicated gathering where teens/young adults grow in faith, learn together, and support one another.
Age: 16-30 years.
ACTIVITIES
fun and formative: workshops, social events, Bible studies, and outreaches—designed to help young adults discover their gifts and put them into practice.
LIGHT THIS GENERATION
A distinctive part of our youth ministry is the active role of Gen Z in reaching their own generation. LIGHT THIS GENERATION exists to connect young people, strengthen their faith, and encourage them to shine as lights in their world. It is more than just a youth group: it is a safe and vibrant community where young people can gather, share their stories, and cheer each other on in their walk with God.
We believe that every young person was born with a great purpose and carries a unique calling from God. Our mission is to guide and equip them so they face the future with confidence, courage, and clarity. With a strong foundation in Christ, a living relationship with God, and the support of the LIGHT GEN community, they are prepared to make a lasting impact and reach their generation for Jesus.

BOAZ & ROSANNA SCHARDIJN
Boaz and Rosanna Schardijn lead LIGHT THIS GENERATION with a deep passion for discipling and empowering young people. They carry a strong heart for Gen Z and are committed to helping this generation discover their identity in Christ and live out their God-given calling.
Through their authentic love, creativity, and leadership, Boaz and Rosanna create an atmosphere where young people feel safe, valued, and inspired to grow. Their vision is to see a generation rise up that not only knows God intimately but also dares to make Him known in their schools, families, and communities.
